Because of this, it is essential that you are consuming enough antioxidants in your diet. Certain foods such as oranges, blueberries, and pomegranate have high levels of antioxidants. One fruit that you probably haven’t heard of, the mangosteen, contains especially high levels of antioxidants.

Without enough antioxidants your body will have an extremely difficult time eliminating free radicals, and you will be exposed to their dangerous effects.
